RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has announced the appointment of Shri Rajesh Gupta as a Part-Time Government Nominee Director, effective August 10, 2026. Shri Gupta, who is the Principal Executive Director/Signal Modernization in the Railway Board, brings extensive experience in signalling, telecommunication, and IT project implementation within Indian Railways. He is not related to any existing directors or Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and holds no equity shares in the company.
