Rainbow Foundations Ltd. Provides Corporate Guarantee of Rs. 50 Crore to Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Rainbow Foundations Ltd. has announced that it will provide a corporate guarantee of Rs. 50 crore to its wholly owned subsidiary, Rainbow Foundations and Real Estates Private Limited. The guarantee is in relation to the issuance of unlisted, secured, redeemable, cumulative, non-convertible debentures. The transaction is done at arm's length and there is no impact of this guarantee on the Company, other than disclosure in the Financial Statements.
