Rajshree Jain, identified as part of the promoter group, has disposed of 2,71,000 equity shares of Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company Limited. This transaction represents a 0.60% stake in the company. Prior to this sale, Rajshree Jain held 5.40% of the total share capital. Following the disposal, the holding has reduced to 4.79%. The shares were sold via the open market on August 24, 2026. The total equity share capital of the company before and after the sale remains ₹4,50,78,000.
