Rajdarshan Industries Reappoints Aruna Doshi as Whole Time Director

Rajdarshan Industries Limited announced the re-appointment of Mrs. Aruna Doshi as Whole Time Director for a further term of 3 years, effective April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030. This decision was made by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026. The board also approved the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and noted material related party transactions with Madhav Surfaces LLC. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
