Rajeswari Infrastructure Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. SVSR & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. K M K U & Associates. The new auditors will hold office until the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The company also reported changes in directorship, including the appointment of Mr. Dayalan Keerthivasan and Mr. Maniraj Arjunan as Non-Executive Independent Directors, and Mr. Ramamurthy Arunachalam as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Mrs. Usha's designation was changed to Non-Executive Director.
