Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd: Board Approves Multiple Director Changes & Auditor Appointment

Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd announced significant board-level changes following a meeting on August 7, 2026. Mrs. Usha's designation was changed to Non-Executive Director. Mr. Dayalan Keerthivasan and Mr. Maniraj Arjunan were appointed as Additional Directors, designated as Non-Executive Independent Directors.
