IRCON Appoints Two Executive Directors

IRCON International Ltd has announced the appointment of Shri Vimal Kishor Nagar as Executive Director (Electrical) and Shri P.V. Sreekanth as Executive Director (S&T). These appointments are effective from August 7, 2026, and both individuals will be part of the company's Senior Management Personnel. Shri Nagar brings over 30 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Business Development, and project execution in Indian Railways and IRCON. Shri Sreekanth, an IRSSE Officer with over 35 years of experience, has a strong background in railway infrastructure projects and S&T vertical business acquisition. The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
