Saleem Ahmad Takes Additional Charge as IRCON CMD

Shri Saleem Ahmad has assumed the additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of IRCON International Ltd. effective July 1, 2026. This appointment is for a period of one year or until a regular incumbent takes charge. Concurrently, he has also been designated as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. Shri Ahmad, a Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience in infrastructure, currently also serves as CMD of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. He is not related to any other director on the IRCON board and has confirmed he is not debarred from holding a director's office.
