Saleem Ahmad Appointed CMD, CEO & KMP of IRCON International

IRCON International Ltd announced the approval of Shri Saleem Ahmad's appointment as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) on an additional charge. He has also been designated as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. This appointment is effective for a period of one year from the date of assumption of additional charge, or until a regular incumbent is appointed, whichever is earlier. The Board also deliberated on a fine levied by NSE and BSE for non-compliance with listing regulations regarding board and committee composition for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, asserting that as a Government Company, IRCON has no role in director appointments.
