Rajeswari Infrastructure Limited has announced that its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 13, 2026, at 12:30 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company will also present its Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25, including audited financial results and auditor's reports. The notice and annual report will be sent via email to shareholders registered on or before June 12, 2026. The company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the NCLT, Chennai Bench, with Mr. Sanjay Mehra appointed as the Resolution Professional.
