Rajkamal Synthetics: 68.83 Lakh Warrants Forfeited

Rajkamal Synthetics Limited has announced the forfeiture of 68,83,000 outstanding warrants. These warrants were initially allotted on February 14, 2025, with the right to convert into equity shares within 18 months. While 102,000 warrants were converted into equity shares on February 18, 2025, the remaining 68,83,000 warrants were not exercised by the holders before the last conversion date of August 13, 2026. Consequently, these warrants have been forfeited as per SEBI regulations.
