Rajshree Sugars Appoints New Auditors, Reappoints Director & Whole-time Director

Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd announced key appointments and re-appointments following its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 23, 2026. M/s. Karthikeyan & Jayaram have been appointed as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31, replacing M/s. S. Krishnamoorthy & Co. who retired after completing two consecutive terms. Additionally, Mr. R. Varadarajan has been re-appointed as a Director liable to retire by rotation and as Wholetime Director for a five-year term commencing June 5, 2026. The re-appointment as Wholetime Director includes his continuation after attaining the age of 70.
