Rajshree Sugars Appoints Karthikeyan & Jayaram as Statutory Auditors

Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Karthikeyan & Jayaram as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by shareholders at the 40th Annual General Meeting held on July 23, 2026. The new auditors will serve for a term of five financial years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. They replace M/s. S. Krishnamoorthy & Co., who are retiring after completing two consecutive five-year terms. The filing also confirmed the re-appointment of Mr. R. Varadarajan as a Director and Wholetime Director.
