Rama Phosphates: Final Dividend ₹0.25/Share; Record Date Set

Rama Phosphates Ltd has declared a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share (5% on face value of ₹5 each) for the financial year ended 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. This follows an interim dividend of ₹0.50 per share (10% of face value) already paid on November 25, 2025, bringing the total dividend for FY26 to ₹0.75 per share (15% of face value). The record date for determining entitlement to the final dividend is set as Friday, July 31, 2026, and payment is scheduled on or after September 3, 2026, subject to applicable tax deductions.
