Mr. Prasad, with a distinguished career in taxation, law, competition law and international taxation, joined the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) in 1970 and retired as Chairman of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) in 2008. He then joined the Competition Commission of India (CCI) as a founding member. No directors are related to Mr. Prasad and he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI Order or Order of any such authority.
