Rama Phosphates Recommends Final Dividend of ₹0.25

Rama Phosphates Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share (5% on face value of ₹5 each) for the financial year ended 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. An interim dividend of ₹0.50 per share (10% of face value) was already declared and paid on November 25, 2025. The total dividend for FY26 amounts to ₹0.75 per share (15% of face value). The record date for the final dividend is set as July 31, 2026, and payment is scheduled on or after September 3, 2026, subject to applicable tax deductions.
