Raama Finance Ltd Holds 33rd AGM via Video Conference

Raama Finance Limited (formerly Ramchandra Leasing and Finance Limited) conducted its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting, which commenced at 4:08 PM IST and concluded at 4:50 PM IST, was held in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. A total of 59 members attended, with 18 participating via VC/OAVM and 41 in person.
