Ramky Infrastructure Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on November 6, 2026. Additionally, the company is incorporating a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai, UAE, with an initial share capital of AED 1,00,000, to expand its existing business operations into the region.
