Rane Madras Board to consider FY26 results & dividend on May 6

Rane (Madras) Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on May 06, 2026, to review and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider a proposal to recommend a dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The trading window for promoters, directors, connected persons, and designated employees remains closed until May 08, 2026, or 48 hours after the Board meeting, whichever is later.
