Rane (Madras) Board to meet May 6 for Q4/FY26 results & dividend

Rane (Madras) Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on May 6, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will also consider a proposal to recommend a dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26. The trading window for promoters, directors, connected persons, and designated employees remains closed until May 8, 2026, or 48 hours after the Board meeting, whichever is later.
