Rashi Peripherals Limited has announced the completion of a transaction under a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) dated August 31, 2026. The agreement was entered into between Rashi Peripherals Limited as the Seller and Rashi Semiconductor Solutions Private Limited as the Purchaser. All conditions precedent and other requirements stipulated in the BTA have been fulfilled, and the transaction has been concluded as per the agreed terms. The company had previously intimated about this transaction on August 4, 2026, and the details were disclosed in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
