Rashi Peripherals to Acquire 67% Stake in VDA Infosolutions for ₹368.5 Cr

Rashi Peripherals Limited announced its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a 67% equity stake in VDA Infosolutions Private Limited for a cash consideration of INR 368.50 Crores. VDA Infosolutions, established in 2010, operates in the enterprise technology and digital solutions space, specializing in cloud technology, cybersecurity, and IT consulting. This acquisition is expected to complement Rashi Peripherals' core IT product distribution business and will result in VDA Infosolutions becoming a subsidiary. The Board also recommended the re-appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term.
