Ratnabhumi Developers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved convening the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. IST, to be held through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The Board also adopted the Notice of the 20th AGM and the Board's Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The cut-off date for sending AGM notices and annual reports is July 18, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 1 to August 14, 2026. The cut-off date for remote e-voting eligibility is August 7, 2026, with remote e-voting commencing on August 11 and concluding on August 13, 2026. M/s.
