Ratnamani Metals Declares ₹10 Dividend

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd. declared a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share of ₹2 each for the financial year 2025-26. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting on May 15, 2026. The dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 18, 2026, will be paid on or before September 17, 2026. The record date for determining eligibility is August 11, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed internal and cost auditors.
