Ratnamani Metals Recommends ₹10 Dividend for FY26

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd's board recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share (500%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to member approval at the AGM on August 18, 2026. The dividend will be paid on or before September 17, 2026, following the record date of August 11, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial results for FY26 and re-appointed internal and cost auditors.
