Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd has revised the date for the closure of its trading window. The board meeting to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, will now be held on Friday, November 6, 2026. Consequently, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, up to Sunday, November 8, 2026, inclusive. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading during the announcement of financial results.
