Ravelcare Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Ravelcare Ltd, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has announced the closure of the trading window for 'Designated Persons' and their 'Immediate Relatives'. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, and will continue for 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Audited Financial Results along with the Audit Report of the Company for the same period will be intimated in due course.
