Ravindra Energy Promoters Pledge 22.7 Lakh Shares

Ravindra Energy Limited announced that its promoters, Mr. Narendra Madhusudan Murkumbi and Khandepar Investments Private Limited, have created a pledge on a total of 2,170,800 equity shares. Mr. Murkumbi pledged 300,000 shares, while Khandepar Investments pledged 1,870,800 shares. These shares are pledged with TATA Capital Limited as security against a loan obtained by Ravindra Energy Limited. The disclosure was made under Regulation 31(1) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
