RBL Bank Appoints Bhavin Lakhpatwala as CFO

RBL Bank Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Bhavin Lakhpatwala as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective June 12, 2026. This appointment follows the recommendation of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Lakhpatwala brings over twenty-five years of experience in finance, including a significant role at HDFC Bank where he was part of the CFO leadership team and involved in the HDFC Bank-HDFC Limited merger. Concurrently, Mr. Deepak Ruiya will cease to be KMP and will continue as the Deputy CFO. The bank also updated the list of KMPs authorized under SEBI Listing Regulations.
