RBZ Jewellers Board Meeting on Aug 11 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

RBZ Jewellers Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also review the Limited Review Report from the auditor. Concurrently, the 'Trading Window' for designated persons and their immediate relatives, which closed on July 1, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results. This announcement is made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
