RBZ Jewellers Ltd Closes Trading Window Till 48 Hours After Q4 and Yearly Results Announcement for FY26

RBZ Jewellers Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all its designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2026. The decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor and Reporting Trading By Insiders. The date of the proposed Board Meeting for considering the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending as on 31st March 2026 is yet to be informed.
