RCC Cements Re-appoints Sachin Garg as MD, Madhu Sharma as Director

RCC Cements Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sachin Garg as Managing Director for a second five-year term, effective July 8, 2027, to July 7, 2032. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Madhu Sharma as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation. Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also approved the draft Board's Report and Annual Report for FY 2025-26, and finalized the date, time, and venue for the 35th AGM on September 30, 2026. Mr. Kundan Agrawal was appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM.
