JTL Defence Appoints Pranav Singla and Deevesh Bhojia as Directors

JTL Defence Ltd announced at its 35th Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2026, the appointment of Mr. Pranav Singla as a Director liable to retire by rotation and Mr. Deevesh Bhojia as a Whole-time Director for a period of five years. The AGM also approved the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, ratified the remuneration of cost auditors, approved alterations to the Memorandum of Association, and sanctioned material related party transactions. Both appointees are confirmed not to be debarred by any regulatory authority.
