RDB Infrastructure Acquires 100% Stake in Solar SPV for ₹90 Lakhs

RDB Infrastructure And Power Ltd has entered into a Partnership Interest Acquisition Agreement to acquire 100% partnership interest in M/s Arankam Green Energy Solution, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for a 6.3 MW solar power project. The total consideration for this acquisition is ₹90,00,000. The acquisition aims to complete and commercialize the solar project, which has a Power Purchase Agreement with UPPCL and a Letter of Award from UPNEDA. The Firm will become a related party post-acquisition.
