RDB Infrastructure Appoints Cost Auditor M/s Sohan Lal Jalan and Associates

RDB Infrastructure And Power Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s Sohan Lal Jalan and Associates as the Cost Auditor. This appointment is for the financial year ending March 31, 2027, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board also approved the issuance of a Postal Ballot Notice for the regularization of Mr. Shubham Vaidya as Managing Director and appointed Ms. Prachi Bhartia as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process. The meeting was held on June 4, 2026.
