REC approves FY26 results; recommends ₹1.55 final dividend, total ₹8.55

REC Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting on April 28, 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Joint Statutory Auditors provided an unmodified opinion on the financial results. The Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹1.55 per equity share for FY 2025-26. This final dividend, combined with the interim dividends of ₹7 per share already declared, brings the total dividend for FY 2025-26 to ₹8.55 per equity share. The final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be paid electronically within 30 days of declaration. Shareholders are advised to update their bank details for seamless dividend credit.
