Reetech International Alters Memorandum of Association

Reetech International Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 25, 2026, approved an alteration to the company's Memorandum of Association (MOA). The alteration involves the insertion of an additional object clause (Clause III(A)) after the existing sub-clause 3. This new clause expands the company's business scope to include real estate and land trading, development, construction, and the operation of logistics parks and warehousing facilities.
