Reetech International Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Insiders

Reetech International Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for all Board Members, Promoters, and Designated persons, including their immediate relatives, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting where the Audited Financial Results for the Half Year and Year ended on March 31, 2026, will be approved. Insiders are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
