Reetech International Ltd to Approve Unaudited Financial Results for H1 2025 on Nov 13

Reetech International Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on November 13, 2025, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the half year ended on September 30, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report. The meeting will also address any other matter with the permission of the Chairman. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the insiders from the closure of the meeting until 48 hours after the approval of the Unaudited Financial Results.
