Refex Holding Private Limited (RHPL), a promoter of Refex Industries Limited, has disclosed the acquisition of 10,00,000 equity shares, representing 0.73% of the total share capital. This acquisition was made through the open market mechanism on June 25, June 29, and June 30, 2026. Following this transaction, RHPL's total holding in Refex Industries Limited has increased to 7,76,23,085 shares, constituting 56.57% of the company's paid-up share capital.
