Refex Renewables Reappoints Kalpesh Kumar as MD for 3 Years

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Kalpesh Kumar as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel for a further period of three years, from October 01, 2027, to September 30, 2030. This decision is subject to shareholder approval via special resolution at the upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also approved the unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27, the Annual Report for FY26, and convened the 32nd AGM for September 18, 2026. The company has set September 11, 2026, as the cut-off date for voting rights and will facilitate e-voting through NSDL.
