Regency Ceramics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, and will remain in place until 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by the Designated persons and their immediate relatives under the Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended.
