Regency Ceramics Ltd to Approve Q4 2025 Financial Results on Feb 12, 2026

Regency Ceramics Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also take note of the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor for the same quarter. The trading window for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed till Saturday, February 14, 2026, which is 48 hours after the Board Meeting.
