Reliable Ventures Reschedules Board Meeting to Aug 14

Reliable Ventures India Ltd has informed BSE about a revised date for its Board of Directors meeting. The meeting, originally scheduled for August 12, 2026, will now be held on August 14, 2026. The primary agenda remains the consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the Audit Committee will convene on the same day, prior to the Board meeting, to review these financial results. This communication supersedes the earlier intimation dated August 1, 2026.
