Swan Defence CFO Resigns; Jignesh Shah Appointed

Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Ltd announced the resignation of CFO, Mr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, effective close of business hours on May 27, 2026. Mr. Jignesh Shah has been appointed as the new CFO, effective May 28, 2026. The board approved audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and plans to raise up to ₹4,000 crores through various means, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The 29th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 2, 2026. The Risk Management Committee has been reconstituted.
