Swan Defence gets NCLT approval for merger with Triumph Offshore

Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited has received the certified true copy of the order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, approving the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Triumph Offshore Private Limited (Transferor Company) and Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited (Transferee Company). The approval is under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The scheme will become effective upon filing the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The NCLT order was pronounced on August 6, 2026, and the company received the certified copy on August 25, 2026. The appointed date for the scheme is April 1, 2024.
