Sonata Software Merger Effective Date Confirmed

Sonata Software Limited has announced the effective date of its merger with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Encore I.T. Services Solutions Private Limited. The Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation has been approved by the Registrar of Companies (RoC) as of August 25, 2026, making the scheme effective from August 14, 2026. The appointed date for the scheme is April 1, 2024. As this is a merger of a wholly-owned subsidiary and no new equity shares are being issued, there will be no impact on the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital.
