Renaissance Global Q1 FY27 Revenue Up 30% to ₹690 Cr

Renaissance Global Limited reported a strong Q1 FY27 performance with revenue from operations increasing by 30.1% year-on-year to ₹689.8 crore. The company saw significant growth in its Owned Brands portfolio, with revenue up 28.8% to ₹88.5 crore and EBITDA up 46.6% to ₹10.1 crore. Overall EBITDA grew 21.7% to ₹49.7 crore, and Profit After Tax surged by 288.5% to ₹25.6 crore. The company highlighted the performance of its direct-to-consumer brands, Jean Dousset, With Clarity, and Enchanted Disney Fine Jewelry, and plans to expand its retail presence in the US. Renaissance Global aims for ₹1,000 crore in D2C revenue by FY29 with an operating margin of at least 15% from the segment.
