The company's Board of Directors accepted these withdrawal requests and will pursue the re-classification of Mr. Amit C. Shah to the 'Public' category. The original application for re-classification was filed on October 26, 2020, under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
