Semac Construction Re-appoints Harivansh Dalmia as Whole Time Director for 5 Years

Semac Construction Ltd. announced the re-appointment of Mr. Harivansh Dalmia as Whole Time Director for a term of five years, effective August 29, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Mr. Dalmia, a qualified Chartered Accountant, brings diversified experience in statutory audit.
